On the morning of June 12, 2017, the Production Ceremony of Greatoo (China & Germany) Robot and Intelligent Manufacturing Co., Ltd. and the Opening Ceremony of Sino-German Artificial Intelligence Innovation Base were held in Greatoo (China & Germany) Robot factory. Zhang Feng, the State Ministry of Industry and party members, chief engineer, Zhang Junkuo, deputy director of the State Council Development Research Center,Yao Dehong, member of the provincial party committee, the provincial small and medium-sized enterprise bureau director, Chen Dong, Jieyang municipal party committee secretary, Jieyang city people's government mayor, Cai Danqun, Jiedong District Party committee secretary, Jia Jiangyang, Germany HEIDENHAIN China CEO , Luc, Belgium RoboJob CTO and so on, as well as Greatoo chairman Wu Chaozhong and hundreds of company employees attended the ceremony. And the event ceremony was presided by Jieyang Municipal Committee, Deputy Mayor Chen Dingxiong.
Mr. Wu Chaozhong, Chairman of the Board of Greatoo, delivered a warm welcome speech. He expressed his congratulations to the leaders who attend the start-up ceremony of the Sino-German robot company. And then he introduced that, in September 2016, the company's board of directors responded to the municipal government’s call actively to start construction of Greatoo (China & Germany) plant. And after nine months of fighting day and night, the first phase of the project officially began production.

It has invested in robotic and precision manufacturing enterprises in India, Germany, the United States, Israel and Belgium, while it introduced the world's leading source codes to solve the current problems on control system and precision manufacturing technology of industrial robots and intelligence Equipment. At present, the company has made a major breakthrough in the industrial robot controller, RV reducer and other key technologies, as well as the core key components. What’s more, the technical indicators of the company have reached advanced level at home and abroad, with completely independent intellectual property rights and international patents.
