On June 16, Greatoo got the assessment certificate of the integration and management system of informatization and industrialization and has become one of the first 200 enterprises passing the assessment. Besides, the company was chosen as one of the hundred innovation model enterprises integrating Internet and industrialization by Ministry of Industry and Information and its project, "Collaboration Platform for the Intelligent Manufacturing of Customized Equipment", was regarded as "integrated innovation supporting all-service and complete flow internet transformation". A few days ago, the company received the document, "The Announcement of Issuing 2015 Special Fund for Strategic New Industries under the Cooperation of Government, Banks and Enterprises (for the Key Industrial Robots Manufacturing Enterprises)". The company's "Technological Transformation Project of the Industrialization of Industrial Robots and the Complete Equipment for Intelligent Automatic Production Line" got 8 million yuan to support this project.

Since the development of robotic industry, Greatoo continued to establish the research platform and industrial platform of industrial robots. It was authorized to establish "Equipment Intelligent Manufacturing Engineering Laboratory" where the company carries out the researches of intelligent equipment and technology application. Now, the company has invented a series of light-weight and heavy-weight industrial robots weighting 20kg, 50kg, 100kg, 200kg, 300kg and 500kg, developing serialization products and solutions, which has endowed the company with the ability of lot manufacturing and competitive advantages in market. Robotics products are mainly applied in the processing of 3C products (mobile phones, tablet PC, etc.) and the manufacturing of tires.
The company has invented the only one automatic stereoscopic warehouse with propriety intellectual property right in Guangdong, which has the advanced level in the country. With 576 goods sections, the warehouse, which is 30 meters long, 22 meters wide and 10 meters high, only needs 1 operator for the storing of goods. The warehouse is an advanced logistics system featuring automation and informatization of warehouse management, which can improve the projection management of the enterprise and have the characteristics like high utility rate of space, high access speed and high precision. In proper design and with access automation, it's easy to operate this warehouse, which can reduce the labor for warehouse management, increase work efficiency and largely improve the enterprise' logistics management level.
Greatoo's intelligent manufacturing is highly recognized by other industries. The company has already produced the first automatic and intelligent production line of tire manufacturing in China Hangzhou Zongce Group, China's biggest tire manufacturer, and many automatic production line of auto parts for Minth Group, the second largest parts manufacturer in the world. Wu said that the board of the company has decided to increase the investment to 200 million yuan in its subsidiary, Greatoo (Guangzhou) Intelligent Technology Research Institute, in order to establish an important base of industrial robots and high-end intelligent equipment. Greatoo has cooperated with Israel SAS company for a long time. SAS has authorized Greatoo Research Institute to use Soft MC source code technology of the control system of industrial robots in the self-researches, manufacturing and sales of control system and motion controller.
Wu introduced that Greatoo has formulated the medium and long term development plan of intelligent manufacturing in the following 8 years. On the current basis of industrial robots, the company will exert itself in producing robots providing life serves and robots for space flight and aviation. In July, Wu led the other members of the board to negotiate the future cooperation with China Aerospace Science and Technology Corporation.
