[GGRobot  Zeng Yongzhen] Robotic industry has played a main role in Greatoo’s second time to start a new business

Since the company’s establishment, Greatoo has always persisted in the invention and production of radial tire molds. Motivated by the acceleration of the transformation and upgrading of national industries, in 2009, Greatoo started to develop industrial robots, unite control system, RV reducers, flexible production line and the dispatching system of intelligent workshops from the research of automatic manipulator.

In 2013, Greatoo increased the investment to 100 million yuan in the projects like the industrialization of industrial robots and the complete set of equipment of intelligent automatic production line and set up the business division of robots.

Besides, the company has invented a series of light-weight and heavy-weight industrial robots weighting 20kg, 50kg, 100kg, 200kg, 300kg and 500kg, developing serialization products and solutions, which has endowed the company with the ability of lot manufacturing and competitive advantages in market. Robotics products are mainly applied in the processing of 3C products (mobile phones, tablet PC, etc.) and the manufacturing of tires.

In fact, Greatoo has already formed the embryonic framework of robot industry for tire automation industries, with the focus on the research of the core components of robots. However, Greatoo never stops its intelligent manufacturing.

On August 2015, Greatoo further promoted its development of robots. At the beginning of August, Greatoo increased the investment to 195 million yuan in Greatoo (Guangzhou) Intelligent Technology Research Institute Co.,Ltd (short for “Greatoo (Guangzhou)Research Institute ). On 20 August, Greatoo signed the license agreement with Israel Servotronix Automation Solutions Ltd and was authorized to use softMC source code technology of the control system of industrial robots in the development of the core components of robots.

The Golden Ball Award of GGRobots, which attracted great attention, was held on August 15. Now, many industries was singing up to participate in the award ceremony (closing date for entries is September 30). As the leading robot enterprise in the country, Greatoo has singed up to compete for the Golden Ball Award early.

It’s worth noting that “2015 GGRobots Annual Conference” will be held in Shenzhen Convention and Exhibition Center from January 15 to 16. On the afternoon of January 16, 2015 The Golden Ball Award of GGRobots will be held and enterprise which wins the award will be announced.
