Following the successful establishment of the company's first batch of technician-level talents in 2017, the company's training center ushered in the opening ceremony of the CNC milling technician training class on May 19th， in order to continue to cultivate skilled professionals. This training class was held in parallel with two classes, and the alternate class mode effectively reduced the time wasted in the shift process, and at the same time reduced the student's weekly learning intensity.

This training specially invites senior teachers of the Guangzhou Institute of Mechanical and Electrical Technicians to teach， and conducts training and study for a period of 3 months. For students with strong production capacity and good operation ability, but the professional knowledge is not systematic enough, the theoretical foundation is weak, and some personnel have problems with programming software, etc., teachers have made teaching adjustments. During the training, students are required to write technical papers independently. This is an inventory of their skills and an important manifestation of improving the technical heritage of technicians. At the same time, the teaching management in the training process has been strengthened, and strict requirements in terms of knowledge, skills, learning attitudes, etc. have been required. The trainees emphasized the specific learning disciplines and teaching requirements to the trainees and ensured the level and quality of the training. Finally, students need to pass theoretical assessments, practical assessments and technician thesis defense. The Jieyang City Skilled Appraisal Center has issued national vocational qualification certificates for qualified students. At the same time, the students have applied for a generous skill allowance through the obtained certificates.
