In order to further improve the level of teachers' business skills and cultivate professional talents to meet the needs of enterprise development, from July 10 to 16, Greatoo cooperated  with the Guangdong Machinery Reaserch Institute to carry out a training on applications of industrial robots in the education. A total of more than 40 teachers from more than 20 vocational schools of Guangdong province, participated in the one-week training on the process of industrial robot from manufacturing to the factory in Greatoo’s Robotics Sector. The purpose of this training is to help the teachers understand the content of the robot mechanical, electrical, operation, implementation and safety aspects, so that teachers can more clearly understand the composition of the robot and the working principle, to teach better in school and educate better technical staffs for enterprises.
Before training, the manager of Robotics Sector, Li Dehua explained the development process of Greatoo as well as the Robotics Sector to teachers, and led the teachers visited the intelligent workshop, curing machine workshop and robot workshop. Teachers are amazed at  the company's plant construction and workshop equipment ,and at the same time, they has a further understanding on the automation equipment.

In the following four days of workshop training, the project leader of each group was responsible ,they introduced all aspects of the robot deeply and in detail, so that teachers will have a more in-depth understanding of industrial robots. At the same time, in the training process, they also fully mobilize the enthusiasm of teachers, through the combination of  lectures and practice, let each teacher to operate and review by the industrial robots on the basis of learning theoretical courses. So that teachers can deepen what they learn and learn how to teach students in the future.

The training activities not only strengthen the professional basis of teachers, but also improve their professional skills. Teachers said that ,they learned a lot of knowledge which can not understand in the school, as well as the valuable teaching experience and methods. At the same time, through the training, but also strengthen the company's cooperation with various colleges and universities, to help colleges and universities realize what knowledge needed in industrial robotics courses, to carry out the industrial robotics education and training which meet needs of enterprises.
