Recently, in Guangzhou Research Institute of the Greatoo,the Guangdong Provincial Institute of Mechanical Engineering organized and presided over the convening of the project scientific and technological achievements appraisal about"industrial robot and intelligent manufacturing system control and integrated technology research and development and application" ,which was led by the Greatoo.It focuses on the achievements of the company's robot technology in recent years, covering intelligent integration solutions such as robot reducer, controller, ontology, unit control system and upper dispatch system. The project manager Zheng Xuxu, general manager of Yang Yuchun and other project leaders represent the project team to report the project to the experts.
Firstly, Project Leader Zheng Xuxu President briefed the experts on the construction of the project background, the main technical difficulties and the achievements of the project construction.And then,the general manager and technical leader,Yang Yuchun,   lead the experts to conduct on-site inspection, and answer experts’ questions.
After reading the material and the site identification, the experts give a high recognition on the results of the company's projects.From where they stand,the information provided by the project is complete,above all,the project developed 20kg high-speed universal six-degree-of-freedom industrial robots and 300kg heavy-duty six-degree-of-freedom industrial robot body and control system, unit control system based on equipment interoperability agreement and intelligent workshop integration and operation system;the project has a number of innovative achievements in the robot multi-domain simulation and optimization design, based on industrial real-time Ethernet robot movement planning and control, MTconnect-based unit into the line and heterogeneous equipment interoperability, intelligent workshop integration and operation and so on , and have been successfully applied to obtain significant economic and social benefits in Mold, 3C products, sanitary ware, new energy auto parts and other industries.Therefore ,the appraisal committee agreed that the overall results of the project reached the international advanced level, agreed it through scientific and technological achievements identify and proposedthat it should further explore new areas of application, to improve the level of China's equipment manufacturing.

With many years of technical reserves, the Greatoo set up a robot division in 2011, focused on the advantages of resources to carry out research and application of robot technology to promote the robot key parts of technological breakthroughs, master independent intellectual property rights, corporate robots and intelligent products and technology successfully apply in domestic tires , 3C, mold, auto parts, light and other industries,and get the user's approval.This technology identification is a summary and collection of our company’s robot technology in recent years, I believe that our R & D personnel will uphold the breakthrough spirit at research, and get a new height of science and technology.
