In the afternoon of February 28, our company held a work conference on Quality Management System Transformation in factory building on the Zhanqian road .As we can see,the company leadership,such as Wu Hao,the vice president, Wu Yingxiong,the director,  Hongze Bin,the general manager,Xu Guangju,the general manager of the relevant departments and the relevant departments of the ISO system and part-time staff participated in the General Assembly.

At the meeting,the system transformation team leader He Ruibin introduced the background and work plan of the quality management system transformation to the participants firstly.In September 2015 and December 2016, the International Organization for Standardization and the National Standards Committee of China issued the new standards for ISO 9001: 2015 and GB / T 19001-2016 "Quality Management System Requirements".The standard has six major changes, conform to the challenges that enterprises facing today, provide effective management ideas for enterprises continue to strive excellence,build an effective management platform that can guide enterprises to use risk-based approach to think and action, identify risks and opportunities, and provide trust to achieve its expected results for the quality management system, what’s more,provide stable core requirements for the next 10 years or even longer.
Vice President Wu Hao made a speech at the meeting.He said,firstly, the participants are required to learn and understand the significance and profound background of this transition work which is an important upgrade and transformation of the quality management system. Each year the national and provincial government quality award evaluation standards have adopted the concept of high performance management, its meaning is not only the evaluation of product quality, but also based on the company's excellent management evaluation.The quality management system transformation at this time has more content, meaning and demanding.Secondly,the heads of departments at all levels should strengthen the leadership and organization.This work is an important part of the standardization of construction of the company's quality management system, the leaders should transfer work as an opportunity to combine the standardization of the construction work harmoniously.Thirdly, the heads of departments at all levels should work together with the standardization of the Office, orderly decomposition of the details of the work of the transfer work, firmly grasp the transfer work plan of the various nodes and milestones, to finish the work in time.
Vice President Wu stressed that the quality management system work, not only related to the company's overall strategic layout, but also related to all aspects of the work of various departments,so departments at all levels should recognize that,good quality management system is very important, as a leader, should do standardization work well, which is an important part of the work assessment.What’s more,we should strengthen awareness and level of the work standardization, and strive to complete the quality management system transfer and construction, making the company's standardization work to a new level.
