Greatoo produced the sixth session of the Board of Directors successfully .On January 20, 2017, the company held the first extraordinary general meeting of shareholders in 2017, which was chaired by Mr. Wu Chaozhong, the board of directors.

It produced a new member of the board of directors through the combination of on-site voting and online voting, the 6th Board of Directors is composed of Mr. Wu Chaozhong, Mr. Zheng Xuxu, Ms. Li Lixuan, Mr. Lin Ruibo, Mr. Wu Hao, Mr. Yang Yujun, Mr. Zhang Xianmin, Mr. Yang Minlan and Mr. Huang Jiayao.Among them,Mr. Zhang Xianmin, Mr. Yang Minlan and Mr. Huang Jiayao are independent directors. They are from different fields of management, accounting and lawyers, and have rich theoretical and practical experience.What’s more,in the subsequent "Sixth Board of Directors first meeting" and "the first session of the sixth session of the Board of Supervisors",Mr. Wu Chaozhong was elected as chairman of the company, Mr. Zheng Xu Xu was elected as vice chairman of the company and Mr. Chen Yanliang was elected as the company's board of supervisors Chairman.Being nominated,Mr. Zheng Xuxu became the president of the company and Mr. Wu Hao became the vice president of the company, the secretary of the board of directors and Mr. Lin Ruibo as the chief financial officer of the company in the sixth session of the Board.
