On 13 December, Dongguan University of Technology and enterprises held a donation ceremony of supporting the establishment of an outstanding university, Wu Yingxiong, the representative from Greatoo’s administrative office, Hong Po, the secretary of the Party committee of the Engineering Department, Li Lin, the deputy secretary, and representatives from all units of the university attended the ceremony.

At the beginning of the ceremony, Li Lin, the deputy secretary of the Party committee of the Engineering Department and the president of the university, made a speech and expressed his sincere thanks for all the guests at present. He also said that in the future, the university will continue to establish an outstanding university and strengthen the communication and cooperation with enterprises, further showing the university’s goal of seriving society and cultivating more practical talents by cooperating with enterprises.

In the ceremony, Wu Yingxiong, the general director of the company, introduced the achievements of the cooperation between the university and the company to directors of the university and the representatives of the company. Greatoo has always paid great attention to the cooperation with universities. The company established a national enterprise technology center, tire mold engineering technology center and post-doctor research station and developed a long-term cooperation mechanism with Guangdong University of Technology, Tsinghua University and Hong Kong Polytechnic University. Recently, the company has established the Greatoo Industrial Robot College with Guangdong Professional Science and Engineering College and “Greatoo and Dongguan University of Technology’s Advanced Manufacturing Research and Production Base with Dongguan University of Technology. In the process of the company’s rapid development, the company has always persisted in the talent strategy of “people orientation and sustainable development”. The company was willing to cooperate with colleges to establish better science and engineering colleges and explore new molds of cooperation, contributing to the mutual development of universities and companies and achieving the win-win effects.
