On the afternoon of 30 December, 2016 National Professional Skill Certificate and Praising Excellent Workers Meeting was held in the training center of the factory at Longgang Road. Wu Hao, the assistant of the company’s president, Hong Zebin, the general manager of the tire mold business division, Wu Yingxiong, the director of HR department, Lu Chusheng, the deputy director, Xieke Director,  Chen Yixin Director, Xie Dai Director of Guangzhou Electromechanical Technology College, and 140 worker representatives of the training program attended the meeting.



In the meeting, Wu Yingxiong, the director of the company’s administrative office, made a speech. He said, this year, the training center made the goal of “helping all workers gain certificates”. After a year of training, over 500 workers gained the national professional skill qualification certificates, which indicated Greatoo’s commitment and the starting point of Greatoo to develop a company lasting for one hundred years. This meeting of praising excellent students indicated the affirmation and encouragement on workers with excellent performance who participated in the training at day and persisted in working at night. The training of helping workers to gain certificates enabled workers to gain fame and benefits at the same time. As a new year was coming, Greatoo also started its second time of developing business, which required us to work hard and be modest when we met challenges. Xie Hao of the training center made a report of the skill training in 2016. According to the report, there were 6 training programs this year. Over 700 workers from Nc workshops, Nc drilling workshops, ordinary workshops, ordinary drilling workshops, equipping benchwork workshops and processing centers. Almost every worker received 115 hours everyday and they were off work for 15 days on average. After one yeaer of joint efforts by the company, the college and workers, there were about 500 workers gaining the middle national skill qualification certificates. In order to encourage workers to take an active part in the training and utilize the knowledge structure, the company used the government’s subsidy for training to give workers subsidy and award workers who successfully gained certificates. With joyful music, leaders in the meeting awarded workers from Nc workshops, Nc drilling workshops and equipping benchwork workshops national professional skill certificates and money. Lin Dexiong, a representative of excellent workers shared his feelings during the training.

Later, Hong Zebin, the general manager, made a speech. He fully affirmed the training center’s training program. He also talked about the obstacle of the program of “made in China” and hoped workers to improve their skills and professional qualities.



Director Lu of Guangzhou Electromechanical Technology College also made a speech. He said that Greatoo started to cooperate with the college in 2013 and made fruitful achievements, especially of the dual system talents cultivation in 2014. At the same time, the cooperation between the company and the college has been listed as a successful case of national education and promoted all over the country. The training program was an advanced program in the province and even in the country.

At last, Wu Hao, the assistant of the company’s assistant said that this year was the first year of the training program and we made outstanding achievements. In the future, the company will deepen the implementation of the training program so as to help workers to improve their professional skills. In 2017, the company will pay more attention to the utilization of human resources and utilize the structure of skilled talents, encouraging workers to participate in all kinds of skill training and gain more and more abilities.
