On the morning of 8 November 2016, Xu Guang, the secretary of Maoming municipal Party committee and the director of Maoming committee of NPC and Li Hongjun, the vice secretary of the municipal Party committee and the mayor of Maoming, accompanied by Yan Zhichan, the secretary of Jieyang municipal Party committee and Chen Dong, the mayor of Jieyang, inspected Greatoo and were warmly received by Wu Chaozhong, the chairman of the board. The guests mainly visited intelligent workshops, giant mold workshops, curing press workshops and industrial robots workshops. During the visit, Xu and Li, with great interest, asked questions about the company’s development.

Wu introduced: as one of the demonstrative enterprises of technical innovation and the main unit editing the standards for tire mold industries, Greatoo mainly produced tire molds, hydraulic curing press, industrial robots and numerically controlled machine tool. Under the direction of national policies and with the support from the governments, Greatoo realized strategic investment from the investment in products and industries. Its tire molds and curing press have been sold in international market. The company has been listed as the mainstream supplier for tire molds giants in the global purchasing and supplying system. In order to promote the transformation and upgrading of the company, Greatoo has set up subsidiaries in Beijing and Guangzhou and Greaetoo (Zhongde)Industry 4.0 Base in Jieyang Zhongde Metal Ecological City. In addition, with the national policy of “going out”, Greatoo acquired local companies in Germany and USA and established a wholly owned subsidiary in India; the company signed a technology contract with Israel SAS control system company in order to promote the industrial revolution of intelligent manufacturing industries.

With core technologies, Greatoo won the first prize of provincial and municipal awards for technical advancement for many times and many of its project have been listed in the national project of promoting high technology and the project for key and new products.
