Recently, informed by State Intellectual Property Office, Greatoo (Guangzhou) Robot and Intelligent Manufacturing Co.,Ltd (its former name is Greatoo (Guangzhou) Intelligent Technology Research Institute Co.,Ltd) got 2 national patents of utility models, namely the device to locate and identify mould inspection in automatic water shearing production line（ZL201620104861.9） and the loading machine in the automatic loading line of car door plates （ZL201620087174.0）. These are the two patents among the first groups of patents applied by Greatoo’s subsidiary in Guangzhou. With the idea of inhering Greatoo’s technology and making innovations, the company broke the traditions of researching intelligent equipment and invented equipment with new structures and easy operation and applied the equipment to products.

The device to locate and identify mould inspection in automatic water shearing production line belongs to the integration application of water shearing robots. Precise location of moulds is necessary in the technological solutions of water shearing robots in order to assure that robots can accurately cut the work material. Generally, one punch has to be equipped with many similar cutting moulds which are usually marked by numbers. However, as time goes, the numbers will become vague and cause mistakes. In order to prevent workers from making mistakes when changing moulds, it’s necessary to take more effective and accurate measures. Aiming to solve such problem, this new device is device with simple structure to better target and identify moulds in automatic water shearing production line.

The loading machine in the automatic loading line of car door plates is a new cantilever type of elevator, a vertical lifting machine to carry people or goods usually used in the vertical transportation equipment in the logistics systems of factories and automatic warehouses. Generally, planar transportation equipment is equipped to connect platforms of different altitudes. In general case, elevators are powered by hydraulic pressure. However, due to the low precision, elevators driven by hydraulic pressure can’t meet the need for high precision of positions in some cases. Besides, the transmission of gear bars has a high demand for high precision control. With both the structure designs of elevators and transmission, this new machine aims to solve the problem of how to realize the stability of the elevation and the elevators’ structure and achieve precision location. Meanwhile, this machine is a cantilever type of machine and can precisely target, which makes it easy for elevators to abut with other machine.

It’s said that Greatoo’s company in Guangzhou actively made innovations during the researching process. This year, the company applied for 13 patents, with 4 patents of invention. Besides for the two licensed patents above, other patents are under examination. We believe that as the company expands the application area of productions and accumulate and innovate technologies, the company will win more patents.
