On 26 May, with Chen Liangxian, the secretary of Shantou municipal Party committee, as a leader, the Party and government delegation of Shantou, accompanied by Yan Zhichan, the the secretary of Jieyang municipal Party committee and Chen Dong, the mayor of Jieyang, visited and inspected Greatoo, receiving warm welcome from Wu Chaozhong, the chairman of the board of Greatoo.

At first, the guests and the hosts arrived at the intelligent workshops. They overlooked the whole workshops when they walked along the visiting corridor at the second floor. As Chairman Wu guided the guests, he introduced Greatoo’s development, especially the company’s process of expanding the foreign market. Currently, the company has development four main high-end industries, including radial tire molds, hydraulic curing press, high precision numerical control machine and industrial robots, and set up subsidiaries in countries like India, Germany and USA, developing a new trend of international development.

Then, the guests and the hosts went to the robot workshops where they watched intelligent equipment and products like the lion dance performed by robots, automatic flexible production lines, automatic stereoscopic warehouses, 3C automatic processing unites and RV reducers. The guests stopped to watch the introduction video for a long time. Chairman Wu proudly introduced the guests the new RV reducers invented by the company, which feature characteristics of high torsion rigidity, small vibration, excellent resistance to impact, large capacity, strong starting power and high transmission rate, greatly meeting the transmission needs of industrial robots. This year, Greatoo and Tsinghua University set up the Tsinghua-Greatoo Robotic Technology Laboratory. With the Tsinghua University as a platform, the company can enhance its technology and innovate technologies, building a powerful intelligent manufacturing enterprise.

After the inspection, Secretary Chen shook hands with Chairman Wu and praised: “Greatoo deserves to be called as the leading enterprise in Jieyang and an outstanding manufacturing enterprise, which largely opened our horizon and shocked us!” Chairman Wu also warmly invited Secretary Chen to visit Greatoo next time on the behalf of the company.
