On June 28, DMC2016 16th China International Mold Technology and Equipment Exhibition, the annually great event of mold enterprises in China, opened in  Shanghai New International Expo Center, where there were about 800 most representative mold enterprises participating. China Die & Mould Industry Association invited experts to appraise all moulds and give the biennial “Fine Mould Award”. Greatoo participated in the exhibition with “Multiple Flexible Radial Tire Mold Free of Vent” and won the second prize of the Fine Mould Award .

The appraisal of Fine Mould Award can promote the development of mold enterprises’ technologies and increase the level of the exhibiting products. The award has a history of over 20 years since it started in 1990 the 3th China International Mould Technology and Equipment Exhibition, whose authority has been widely recognized by mold enterprises. The experts awarding the Fine Mould Award were the doyens and professors from domestic scientific research institutes, colleges and universities and leading mold manufacturing industries. In order to have a scientific and standard appraisal process of the award, exhibiting enterprises had to be through the a series of procedures like application, initial assessment, reappraisal and voting. The experts decided the first, second and third prize according to the projects’ technical level, difficulty and innovations, economic and social benefits after the documents appraisal, site audit and voting. The three prizes represented different technical level of all kinds of moulds.

During the exhibition, when the appraisal experts came to our company’s stand, our employees carefully answered their questions and detailed introduced the company’s Multiple Flexible Radial Tire Mold Free of Vents. The mold is made of tread pattern and steel metal. The tread pattern is divided into dozens of patterns according to their locations and fixed by 8 to 10 steel metals, which can shorten the processing procedures and reduce repair costs, plastic waste and processing difficulties, enjoying high praise from domestic and foreign mold enterprises. At last, this radial tire mold won the second prize of Fine Mould Award” with absolute advantage. Such honor was closely related to the company’s research team’s efforts and its care for talents. This award affirmed our company’s work and will lead us to make great progress. We believe that we will be better and continue to make innovations and breakthroughs in the future.
