On August 12, Greatoo announced that the company, the actual controllers of the company, Wu Chaozhong, the chairman of the company, invested Golaxy Big Data Co.,Ltd (short for Golaxy). After that, the company and Wu will controlled 30% of Golaxy’s shares.

It’s known that Golaxy mainly runs the business of big data service, including products service for industrial manufacturing and big data search. Besides for the business above, Golaxy is one of ‘s incubating enterprises of Chinese Academy of Sciences which wants to accelerate the transformation of technical achievements and promote the establishment of high-tech enterprises.

Wu expressed that in order to response to national policy and implement the development strategy of “Internet +” and big data, under the background of developing “Internet +” and big data, the company uses Golaxy as a platform to complement the advantages of Greatoo and Chinese-Academy of Sciences in industry 4.0, big data finance, big data public opinions, commercial intelligence, new media services and big data service.

The company expressed that in the future, Greatoo will give full play to the effects of intelligent manufacturing and big data and effectively contribute to the development strategy of “Made in China 2025” and “Internet +” as well as the “Take Action First” of Chinese-Academy of Sciences.

Continue to make breakthroughs in core technology

Recently, the company’s RV reducers won the patents for utility right certificate. Besides, the company was applying for patents for invention for other two reducer inventions, which was under the assessment of State Intellectual Property Office. RV reducers in domestic market are mainly imported from foreign countries. 　　On September 10, the 2nd International Robotics and Intelligent Equipment Industry Conference and Exhibition was held in Foshan, Guangdong province. From October 15 to 18, in the 12th China International Small and Medium Enterprises Fair and Intelligent Manufacturing and Equipment Exhibition held in Guangzhou, Greatoo showed anti-collision beam automatic stamping simulation, automatic spraying of articulated arms, robotic eletrowelding, CMM automatic detection and the robotic sword dance in the exhibition. Leaders of Guangdong province watched the performance of Greatoo’s robots and listened to the report of the company’s general manager. They showed recognition to Greatoo’s technological level of intelligent equipment and encouraged the company to improve its technology of intelligent manufacturing.

Further integrate informatization and industrialization

On June 16, Greatoo won the assessment certificate of the management system of the integration of informatization and industrialization and became one of the first 200 enterprises passing the assessment, which marked that the company made initial achievements in the the management system of the integration of informatization and industrialization and created a sustainable development trend.
