The 2020 epidemic has brought a serious impact on the economy. Under the strong leadership of the party and government at all levels and the company's board of directors, we have effectively grasped the prevention and control of the epidemic as well as production and operation. The company's soft and hard power continues to rise, and we seek to make progress while maintaining stability.

Over the past year, we have resolutely won the battle against the epidemic prevention and control, striving to win both the epidemic prevention and control and the company's development. At the beginning of the year, in the face of the sudden attack of the epidemic, we carefully implemented the epidemic prevention measures and established the "Greatoo Epidemic Prevention and Control Emergency Management Team" to carry out epidemic prevention work in an orderly manner; at the same time, we maximized the advantages of the automated production line and "machine substitutions" on the job, resumed work and production smoothly in February. The local business keep growth, with sufficient orders and orderly production. At the same time, through the flexible management of the financial department, large amounts of debts such as medium and long-term corporate bonds, short-term financing, and equity mortgage loans were cleared, and the funding aspect was significantly improved, which made a good foundation for the new year. The wind knows the strong grass, the fire sees the real gold, and the company’s strength is more evident in adversity.

Over the past year, we have been based on the traditional mold industry, relying on the field of intelligent manufacturing, to accelerate the pace of transformation and upgrading, and promote high-quality economic development. In the face of the impact of the epidemic, we take the responsibility of the industry as our own responsibility, review the situation, go against the current, accelerate the pace of construction in Guangzhou, decisively launch the new project of the Industry 4.0 industrial base in the Sino-German Industrial Park and start construction smoothly, helping to improve the level of local industry development; what’s more, Greatoo took the initiative, concentrated its efforts, developed the "intelligent self-recognition mask fully automated production line" in the shortest time and put it into use, effectively assuming the social responsibility of intelligent manufacturing enterprises in the fight against the epidemic, and was successfully selected as the "National Key Enterprises of Epidemic Prevention and Control" . We thoroughly implemented the spirit of the important instructions given by General Secretary Xi to the work of supply and marketing cooperatives, reached relevant strategic cooperation agreements with Guangdong Provincial Supply and Marketing Group, and actively explored new models of collaborative innovation and development between the smart equipment industry and the cold chain logistics industry, and jointly promoted the construction of the infrastructure backbone network of the cold chain logistics in the province, to promotes the export of agricultural products from the village to the city, and promotes the high-quality development of modern agriculture; we have also been successfully elected as the tenth chairman unit of the Rubber Machinery Mould Branch of the China Rubber Industry Association, and strive to guide industry enterprises to actively participate in the "dual cycle", jointly promote the sustained and stable development of China's tire industry.

Over the past year, we have steadily promoted the construction of the talent team, created a high-level skilled talent team, and continuously improved the core competitiveness of the company. We focus on cultivating talents for local jobs that are in short supply. After the first new apprenticeship-senior fitter training class was opened in 2019, we are preparing to open senior miller and senior lathe training classes to continuously improve the professional skills of employees, to alleviate the contradiction between supply and demand between the local talent market and enterprise production and operation. We strive to create opportunities for employees to grow and become talented. In 2020, Lu Haiyu won the honorary title of Guangdong Province Model Worker; Huang Tengguang won the honorary title of Jieyang City Model Worker; Lu Haiyu, Yu Peimin, and Li Jiayang were awarded the Jieyang May 1st Labor Medal. The medal is both the personal honor of the employees and is also a powerful testimony to the company's spare no effort in cultivating talents. We have done a lot of work on the development of young talents, and won the honor of Guangdong Province’s advanced collective work of caring for the next generation, becoming the only private enterprise in the province to receive this honor this year.

Over the past year, we have continued to deepen the reform of the management model and system, and explored a sustainable development path that improved quality and efficiency.
