In this important festival, the Training Center of the Intelligent Human Resources Department of the Greatoo specially carried out an exchange condolence of inner trainer, and exchanged discussions with the company's inner trainers on the improvement of training effects and the improvement of professional skills in training. At the same time, we also send condolences to the dedicated inner trainers. 
The exchange meeting was hosted by Wu Yingxiong, the company's administrative manpower director. At the meeting, Director Wu summarized the highlights and achievements of the company's inner trainer management and training work since 2019. He pointed out that in 2019, the team of trainers organized the first expansion training. After each new employee training, each of the instructors was assessed and evaluated, and regular seminars were held. The above measures reflect the continuous progress and improvement of the management of the internal trainer, and he acknowledged this. 
At the same time, Director Wu put forward constructive opinions on the management of the inner trainers, and requested to continue to improve the management system of the inner trainers. It is recommended that the inner trainers listen to each other for at least 10 minutes, summarize the training characteristics of each lecturer, and point out the matters of each other, propose specific improvement measures, etc., and encourage everyone to learn from each other.
The inner trainers also shared their training experiences in turn, and discussed how to solve training obstacles and other issues. Director Wu suggested that the lecturers should combine their work experience into the training to improve the practicality of the training content, so that not only the training content has a higher "gold content", but also greatly enhances the students' enthusiasm for learning.
