At the same time of rapid development, Greatoo is committed to the cultivation of high-skilled talents and strives to become the benchmark of the industry. According to the "Greatoo 2019 Training Work Plan", our company plans to send staff to participate in the "2019 China Skills Competition". On June 11th, the Human Resources Department invited the Guangzhou Institute of Electromechanical Technicians, the luxury director of the Center for Production and Education, and the Deputy Director of the Training Center, Li Yang, to come to our company to discuss the preparations, and vice president Wu Hao also attended the meeting. 
During the meeting, vice president Wu Hao introduced the background and significance of our company's participation in the National Skills Competition, and mobilized the heads of various departments of the company and the technical backbone to participate. Wu pointed out: Our three-year "full-certification" plan for the production of front-line employees was completed on schedule, mainly due to the high attention of the company's leadership and the vigorous promotion of the human resources department, as well as highly recognized by the provincial and municipal departments. At this stage, the company has entered the stage of upgrading its skills again. In order to play a guiding role in promoting employees' enthusiasm for improving their skills, the company plans to participate in the National Skills Competition this year.
Subsequently, Li Yang, deputy director with rich experience in the national skills competition and teaching experience, gave a detailed introduction to the event: the provincial competition in 2019 is expected to be held in mid-September, and the national one is expected to be held in late November. The National Skills Competition countries have set up commendation awards, including the upgrade of the skill level of the award-winning team members, and awarded the honorary titles such as "National Technical Experts" and "National May 1st Labor Medal". Director Li also shared his experience of participating in the competition and made constructive comments on the types of work combined with the event.
